Admassu Tesso Huluka (PhD) is an associate professor of development studies at the Ethiopian Civil Service University. He received his PhD degree in development studies and completed his postdoc research associated with Center for Development Research University of Boon, Germany.  Admassu Tesso Huluka has published a number of articles on prominent journals and has been serving as editorial member of some reputed publishers. He has published more than 30 articles on internationally reputed journals and has also written a number of policy briefs related to agriculture and nutrition while working in the NutriHAF Africa Project with the aim of diversifying agriculture for balanced nutrition through fruits and vegetables in multi-storey cropping systems www.globalhort.org/nutrihaf. His research interest areas include: development management; poverty assessment; environment and climate change; project impact assessment; gender and development; and rural livelihood studies. Currently, he is serving as Editor to Journal of Finance, Management and Development (JFMD).
