Edditorial note

Abstract

I am pleased to introduce the Journal of Urban Development Studies (JUDS), launched in late 2020 under the College of Urban Development and Engineering, ECSU. The journal is aiming to publish up-to-date, high-quality, and original research papers along with relevant and insightful reviews in the field of urban development. By great efforts of the editorial board members, members of the advisory board, the vice president for the research and community service of the university, and other academicians in the field, Volume I issue No. I is published and made ready for the academic world. For this grand success, I express heartfelt appreciation to all authors and reviewers on behalf of the entire editorial board and the publisher. From the submissions dealing on various topics, six articles were screened and published in this volume.
